Square 456 was a land assemblage in the East End of Washington, DC.

The assemblage has developed into office, retail and residential use. G&R acquired the parcels from Equitable and others in 2002 and subsequently sold the land to Carr America in 2003.

The assemblage created a 600,000 square foot redevelopment opportunity
